０２月２１日に岐阜にて、サハジマルグのイベントを開催します。
午前中にオープンハウス（説明会）
そしてその後にみなさんで食べ物を持ち寄ってポットラックランチをします。
午後にはセッションを行い（サハジマルグの練習の復習や質問やサポートなどの話し合いとかもあります）
最後に４時のグループ瞑想で終わります。

Hello people!
The last day retreat was lovely and gave us a nice opportunity to meet up with other abhyasis and talk about our practice.
So, we will have one again! Same place, same style, on February 21st.
We will have an open house in the morning, followed by some tasty pot luck dishes provided by abhyasis for lunch, a session in the afternoon, finished off with a group meditation at about 4 o’clock.
It will begin at 11 and aim to conclude at 5 ish.
Location will be a short walking distance from the Meitestsu station in Gifu.
Please come along if you can make it! It will be a good opportunity to spend some time with other lovely local abhyasis and have a chinwag about your practice, clarify any issues you wish to focus on and provide/request support regarding meditation or indeed life in general!
